Friendship starts to count, when there’s something at stake. Ama exudes a calm and confident demeanor in her business. And so far even with the recent problems at Ama’s lounge, she has been able to be on top of things. She bounced back on her feet with ease that, only years of experience accords one. But this ease is rattled when a call comes in about Mariam’s arrest.
The ‘Sumu La Penzi’ trio, the vivacious Ama, Eva the Romantic and Mariam the ambitious chic, are going through the turbulent waters of friendship, with Ama stuck in the middle, balancing loyalties. Eva and Mariam are not on talking terms and Ama does not know why. But, Mariam’s call came through!
Being a reliable friend takes a lot of commitment and selflessness. You are on call 24/7. That means when you get a call, you answer and then ask for explanations later.
